My Registration email and receipt did not arrive
After you place an order for ProSelect, you are automatically sent an email with your registration details and purchase receipt.

If you do not get this email, then it is likely our email has been treated as spam and rejected or put into your spam folder. We do not process rejected emails because it is just too time comsuming (and frustrating especially when we re-send them and find they are rejected again!).

Hint:
If you wish to receive emails from us then please make sure that your email is setup to accept emails from all addresses ending in "@prostudiosoftware.com".

If you need an email resent, you can contact us, but please only do this AFTER you have made sure that our replies will be accepted.
