Changed your registered email address

If you wish to change your registered email address with us, then to make sure your new email address gets verified (confirming no errors or spam filters issues), then please follow these quick steps and an email will then be sent to you for verifying.

To make sure your new email address gets verified (confirming no errors or spam filters issues), we recommend you do this process yourself and an email will then be sent to you for verifying. You can update your email address by:

  1. Logging into Prostudiosoftware.com.com
  2. Go to your My Account (top right of ProStudio Software WebSite)
  3. Under the My Account Details (tab), select "Change my email address"
  4. Enter your new address and click the Continue button (an email will then be sent to you for verifying)

Once set, you can instantly log in on that computer in future by checking the "Remember Me" when displayed at next login time.

Forgotten Password

You can reset your ProStudio Software account password by:

  1. Going to the Prostudiosoftware.com home page
  2. Choose Login (in the top right of the ProStudio Software website)
  3. Choose the "Forgotten your password? Click here reset it"
  4. Enter your registered email address for your ProStudio Software account (make sure that your email address is correctly entered).
  5. Click the "Send Password Reset" button

Hints:
If "Login" doesn't display, then it's because you are already logged in. So you can either log out to reset your password as above (or change your login Password by following the updating email steps above and selecting "Change your Login Password" instead).

If you don't receive an email shortly after, then it may be caught/blocked by your spam filter or in you trash. Please ensure all emails from "@prostudiosoftware.com" are ALLOWED.

Email Address Not Available

If you no longer have access to the email address that you used to register the product or service, then please submit a Support Ticket in "Account Tab" through our Support Resources with the following details-

  1. Business name
  2. Registered Product/Service details (e.g. ProSelect version, registration key)
  3. Your old and new email addresses
