If you wish to offer a gift voucher(s) in a WebGallery price list, then you can do this by adding it as an Extra. Extras are products that are not related to any specific image.

To do this:

1. Log in to your WebGallery Admin area
2. Choose Price List Items (under Setup Price List & Prices section)
3. Under the Extras section, choose Add New Item
   
4. Enter your Code for this product and a Description (the description will be displayed in the viewing area, eg $200 Gift Voucher)
5. Add the price to the relevant Price Lists you wish this to appear in
6. If you want the voucher to be linked with a particular print item then select that item(s), otherwise leave the boxes unchecked
7. Click on the Create button.

You can also edit or delete an Extras item anytime by selecting "Change" or "Delete" next to the relevant item on the Price List Items page, including adding or removing the Extra to/from a Price list (select Change to do this).

Note: A "Voucher" sold through WebGallery would be for external services only, ie using that voucher (or an externally provided discount voucher) to get a WebGallery discount is not possible.
