If you are experiencing the error message "B0900" when trying to open an existing album, then this is a "Cannot connect to Album" issue and the link to that album has been lost.

This might occur if:

• Opening the album file (.psa) across a network or from some external device and the device driver was not working as expected. Try copying the album file to your local hard disk and open it from there. (Likely not recoverable.)
• The file (or folder) has been renamed while the album file (.psa) was still open in ProSelect. You could try renaming the file or folder.
• The file is being opened/saved on a flash drive. We recommend copying the file to your hard drive first then opening it in ProSelect. (Likely not recoverable.)
• The album file (.psa) was opened over a network and the network connection was lost at that time. (Likely not recoverable.)
