Submit a Support Ticket

Please log into your TimeExposure account if you wish to submit a support ticket to a department other than the top one. If you are not a member you can Join for free using the link at the top of the window.

IMPORTANT: After submitting a Support Ticket, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your Spam folder. If not found, then you may not have completed your ticket submission correctly. You can check for your submitted tickets and our replies at any time through your My Account page or using View My Tickets under the Support menu.

If you have questions or problems related to your TimeExposure account including changing a registered email address that you no longer have access to. Note: You can still log in using your old email address and update your contact details yourself as well as access your product registration keys.

Access to personal support is only available if your SUPPORTPlus is current or you are on a 30 day trial. Twelve months of SUPPORTPlus is included with your new ProSelect purchase and can be optionally extended. An additional six months is included with a ProSelect upgrade to the current version.

Beta Testing

Report any problems when testing Beta versions to this area. Access only available if you hold a ProSelect licence for the current release.
