ProSelect Upgrade, Support & Educational ProgramAll new ProSelect purchases include 12 months in our Upgrade, Support & Educational Program (US&E). This Program will help ensure that your business gets maximum value and benefit from your investment in ProSelect. When your Program finishes, you can optionally choose to re-new and continue to take advantage of the very latest software updates & enhancements, information and ideas going forward. PLEASE NOTE: Your ProSelect license does NOT expire. You are free to continue to use the latest version of the software released during your Program period without further payment. When does my Program expire?You can find out when your current program expires by looking in the Product Information section of your My Membership Home page. Expired Program Renewal CostsExpired by less than 12 months If your US&E Program has expired by less than 12 months, you can rejoin by paying the Annual Program Prices shown above. In this case, your new Program year will commence on the date that your Program last lapsed and you will get the full benefits, including the latest software updates, until the end of your Program period. Expired by 12 months or longer If your US&E Program has expired by 12 months or more, then you will need to purchase a Program Re-Entry. You can do this for either 6 or 12 months and your new Program will commence on the date that you purchase the Program Re-Entry. Click here to display/hide Program Re-Entry Prices ProSelect v4 UsersIf you purchased or upgraded to ProSelect version 4 before Jan 1, 2009, you were automatically included in the US&E Program for free through to December 31st, 2009 and as such are entitled to a free update to ProSelect software version v4.1. This version works with your current v4 registration key. (Version 3 users, please see section below). ProSelect Version 3 (or earlier) UsersWe no longer provide support for versions earlier than version 4. If you are a Version 3 (or earlier) user, you will need to upgrade to the latest ProSelect version. In doing so you will automatically be included in the Upgrade, Support & Educational Program. This can be done through the Upgrade from ProSelect version 3 page (under the Store menu). Non-Program SupportIf your US&E Program has expired, then you can obtain personal support by purchasing a Support Incident Credit at a cost of
AUD$90*(approx US$81) per incident. Please be aware that, if you are not using the latest version of the software, your problem may have been solved in a newer release and you would need to re-join the Program in order to get that update.
