All new ProSelect purchases include a free 12 months subscription to our Upgrade, Support & Educational Program. This Program will help ensure that your business can get maximum value and benefit from your ProSelect purchase.

When your subscription expires, you can optionally choose to re-subscribe and continue to take advantage of the very latest updates, information and ideas going forward.


PLEASE NOTE: Your ProSelect license does NOT expire. You are free to continue to use the latest version of the software released during your subscription period without further payment.

Subscription Period for ProSelect v4 users

All ProSelect version 4 licence holders have been automatically included in the enhanced Upgrade, Support & Educational Program (US&E). For those who's US&E Program subscriptions expired during 2009, these were also extended through to December 31st, 2009. If this is you, then this good news means you are entitled to receive ProSelect software version v4.1 for free and it works with your current v4 registration key. (Version 3 users, please see section below).

Expired Subscription Renewal Costs (ProSelect V4 or later users)

Expired by less than 12 months

If your Subscription has expired by less than 12 months, you can rejoin by paying the Annual Subscription Prices shown above. In this case, your subscription year will commence on the date that your subscription lapsed and you will get the full benefits, including the latest software updates, until the end of your subscription period.


Expired by 12 months or longer

If your Subscription has expired by 12 months or more, then you will need to purchase a Re-Entry Subscription. You can re-subscribe for either 6 or 12 months and your new subscription will commence on the date that you purchase the Re-Entry Subscription.

ProSelect Version 3 (or earlier) Users

All of the above Program prices only apply to owners of ProSelect version 4 or later licenses. If you are a Version 3 (or earlier) user, when you upgrade to version 4 or newer, you will automatically be subscribed the Upgrade, Support & Educational Program. Upgrades to ProSelect Pro include a 12 month Subscription to the Program while upgrades to ProSelect (basic) include a 6 month Subscription.

Currently upgrading costs 50% of the new price of the software and this can be done though the Upgrade ProSelect page.

Non-Program Support

If you are not in the Program, you can obtain personal support by purchasing a Support Incident Credit at a cost of AUD$90*(approx US$81) per incident. Please be aware that, if you are not using the latest version of the software, your problem may have been solved in a newer release and you would need to re-join the Program in order to get that update.
