WebGallery - Use it for Viewing, Selection or Ordering

WebGallery allows you to select one of three different modes for each uploaded Album or Client:

View Only Images are uploaded for viewing only. This mode is mainly used for showing a portfolio display.
Select Only Clients can use the system to select one or more images from the displayed Album. At completion, a list of selected images is emailed back to you.
Order Mode Clients can use the system to order images from the displayed Album.

Specifically designed for the ordering of images, you can assign one of five different price lists for different job types (such as wedding, portrait, commercial etc).

WebGallery will display your price list in your selected local currency. Your overseas clients can convert any price to any other currency with a mouse click.

On completion, the order is added to your orders database and a copy is also emailed to you for finalizing.

Since many people are not yet comfortable with entering their credit card number into the Internet, WebGallery allows you to choose either

  • Credit card details are required
  • Credit card details are optional
  • Credit card details are not required

We recommend the second option. If your client chooses not to enter his or her credit card number when they place an order then it is a usually a simple matter to contact them back to arrange payment... and they will love your personal service!

You can select the payment option for each Album or Client before or after uploading their images.

When collecting credit card information, WebGallery always uses a secure Internet connection for your client's protection.
