WebGallery - Plans & Pricing

We offer a range of plans and prices to suit small and large users. It works like a pre-paid phone card.... on each plan, you prepay quarterly and get a number of Plan Credits. Each credit allows you to upload one regular size WebGallery image for up to 3 months.

With the WebGallery system you can selectively set some or all images to be uploaded in Hi-Def which allows your visitors to see greater detail when zoomed in which is great for group shots. On most plans (except Plan D), Hi-Def images use 1.5 credits each.

The higher level plans cost more per quarter but the cost per image comes down as can be seen in the plan tables below.

As you upload your images, the system automatically deducts credits from your account. If you use up all your credits, then you can purchase Top-up Credits at the rates shown below. At the end of your subscription period, any unused Plan Credits are lost. However, any unused Top-up Credits are automatically added to your next year's Plan Credits when you renew your subscription.

You are welcome to initally subscribe on the TRY IT plan for the first three months. After that, all subscriptions are 12 months long (you can still opt to pay quarterly on your credit card) and you will get 12 months worth of Plan Credits in your account to use at any time during the year. This is a nice way to even out your seasonal usage. You can terminate your account within the 12 month period subject to the conditions shown below.

WebGallery - Usage and Terms

Payment Terms

You can prepay for your chosen subscription period (and receive a 10% discount on the annual subscription prices) or we can bill your credit card at the beginning of each quarter.

Re-Uploading

Pages can be re-uploaded to a particular album within 48 hours from the first upload time for that album without it being counted as an additional upload. So, if you make a mistake, and need to re-load some images, you won't be double charged. Note: You can remove images from an uploaded album using your Member's Admin Area and also uploaded extra images to be added to the end of album's photogroup.

Display Period

The upload rate includes storage and display of the images on our servers for up to 3 months. You can select the display period at the time of upload for each client. The images will be automatically removed at the end of your selected period.

If you wish to keep a set of images on the server for more than 3 months, they will be counted at 50% of the rate for each additional 3 month period (or part thereof).

Example: If you have a 10 regular sized image portfolio display left permanently on the server, they will be charged as 25 credit per year (10 credits for 1 quarter + 5 credits for 3 quarters = 25).

Changing Plans

You can only change plan at the end of your subscription period. However, you can purchase Top-up Credits at any time and these offer cheaper than regular plan rates for larger quantities.

You can downgrade to a lower plan only at the end of your selected subscription period.

Terminating Your Subscription

You can terminate your WebGallery subscription by giving one months notice before the end of each quarter of your subscription period. If your used credits are less than your pro-rated Plan Credits up to the end of the current quarter, then no termination fee is payable. If your used credits are greater than your pro-rated Plan Credits up to the end of the current quarter, then you will need to pay for any extra pro-rated credits at your Plan's first Top-up credit rate.

For example, if you are on a Plan A subscription with 2000 credits and decide to terminate your susbription before the end of 6 month into the subscription and have used less than 1000 credits, no termination fee is payable. If you had used 1500 credits you would need to pay for the extra 500 credits at AUD$0.24 each.

Commission on Sales

There are NO commission charges for any sales made through the WebGallery system. If you use the PayPal option for collecting credit card payments then you will be liable for any transaction charges that PayPal may apply to your PayPal account. (This has nothing to do with us!)

Support is available by phone or through our Support Center. Telephone Support is free for the first month after which it is will be charged at AUD$25/call. Please allow 24-36 hours (business days) for a response.
