Layout prices missing in Place Order window
If you get a "No prices setup for this Layout" when you go to order a layout and you have already setup a price list item for that layout, then here are some things to check.

Make sure that the layout price item is "enabled" for the price list that you currently have selected

In the price list setup window there is a popup menu which selects which price list you are working with. Change this to each price list that you use and make sure that the price list item that you are looking for is not "greyed out" in that price list. If so, check the checkbox on the left side to enable it.

Check that you don't have more than one template with the same name

You should not have more than one template with the same name even if it is in a different template group. Doing so will lead to confusion with your pricelists because, while you may have setup a price list item for one of the templates, if you try to use and order the other one, you will get the "No prices setup for this Layout" message.

One way to check this is to go to the price list setup window and add or change a Layout price list item.  In the next window, click on the "Template:" popup menu, which will list all the the available template names. If you see the same name more than once in the list then you need to rename one of them using Edit Templates (under the Templates menu).

Notes: Each template is assigned a unique internal ID number when created or when imported. This ID is what links a template to a price list entry rather than the name of the template. So, even if you have two templates with the same name they will have different ID numbers and need to have different price list entries.
