I have forgotten my Account Password

If you have forgotten your ProStudio Software account password, then you can reset it by:

  1. Going to the ProStudioSoftware.com home page
  2. Choose Login (in the top right of the ProStudio Software website)
  3. Choose the "Forgotten your password? Click here reset it"
  4. Enter your registered email address for your ProStudio Software account (make sure that your email address is correctly entered).
  5. Click the "Send Password Reset" button

Hints:
If "Login" doesn't display, then it's because you are already logged in. So you can either log out to reset your password as above (or change your login Password by following the updating email steps above and selecting "Change your Login Password" instead).

If you don't receive an email shortly after, then it may be caught/blocked by your spam filter or in you trash. Please ensure all emails from "@ProStudioSoftware.com" are ALLOWED.

 

Email Address Not Available

If you no longer have access to the email address that you used to register the product or service, then please submit a Support Ticket in "Account & Product Activations" through Support Resources with the following details and we will be happy to organize this for you.

  1. Business name
  2. Registered Product/Service details (e.g. ProSelect version, registration key)
  3. Where you purchased your license (e.g. ProStudio Software Online Store, at an event - and if so which event)
  4. Your old and new email addresses
