How do I receive the ProSelect Upgrades & Support benefits (PLUS)?

When you first purchase a ProSelect Pro license outright, you automatically receive 12 months of PLUS (12 months with an upgrade to the latest release if your PLUS has already expired) and all the benefits can be found on the program Benefits page.

If you order a leased license, the PLUS is included while the lease is active.

Extending PLUS (Upgrades & Support and much more)

If you wish to continue to be kept up to date with the newest ProSelect software releases including access to all the other PLUS benefits also, you can choose to extend it before it expires. This is a great value option.

Upgrading Information

If you are an existing ProSelect license holder and PLUS has expired, you can purchase an Upgrade to the newest ProSelect software release with a discount off the current new price applicable to your current software license (including any additional users on that license).

You can review your Upgrade cost and options to the newest ProSelect software release by:

  1. Logging in to ProStudio Software website (under the log in details of your member account)
  2. Choose Current ProSelect Users... from under the Store menu on the ProStudio Software website.

Upgrading to the newest release includes at no charge, 12 months of PLUS benefits commencing on the date that you purchase the Upgrade.

At the time of purchasing your Upgrade or at anytime before your PLUS expires, you can optionally choose to extend it (see section above).
