What do I do if my Upgrade & Support has expired?

 

If your no cost ProSelect Upgrades & Support benefits (PLUS) has expired, you can either:

  1. Upgrade to the newest release and automatically receive 12 months PLUS benefits. Please see the section "Upgrades & Support - Existing Users" section on our Policies page for more details. 

    You can review your Upgrade options, cost and purchase by choosing Upgrade to Current ProSelect Version (from under the Store menu).

  2. Continue to use any one ProSelect software version released during your PLUS period without further payment (your ProSelect license does NOT expire) and utilize the Self-Help Resources on our website. These include Reference Manuals, Demo and Tutorial Movies, KnowledgeBase articles, training Webinar recordings and the ProSelect User2User FaceBook page.   If you require Technical Support assistance with our on-line support personnel, then you can do so by paying a fee as outlined on our Policies page.*
    Please note that we may not be able to provide Technical Support for older software versions.
