Add Your Business Logo to the Slideshow

You can add your business logo to the end of a slideshow presentation (as well as the begining) and pause it as follows:

  1. In Setup Title Slides (under Slideshow menu), create a new title slide with a .jpg image of your logo as the background.
  2. In Setup Slideshow Styles (under Slideshow menu), advanced tab, check the "Pause on Last Slide" checkbox.
  3. In Working with Slideshows, thumbnail view, at the bottom of the window locate your title slide and drag up into position at the end of your slideshow.
  4. Start the slideshow.

More information can be found in the ProSelect Reference Manual (quick access under the Help menu in ProSelect) under the "Slideshows", "Slideshow Styles" and "Title Slides" sections.

And the "Sell It With Slideshows" Webinar recording in the Webinar Recording Archives area (under the Training menu on the ProStudio Software website).

NOTE:  While you can't remove the display of your business name in the background on some ProSelect screens (as this is part of the program's copyright protection system), the steps/featured above provide a way to display your own logo and styling at the beginning and end of your slideshows.

If you are using ProSelect v2012r2 or earlier (and not ProSelect v2013r1 and newer), then please see this article under the "Slideshow and Playing Music (v2012r2 or earlier)" KnowledgeBase Category.

Upgraded from v2012r2 and Earlier?

If you have been using ProSelect (v2012r2 or earlier), then there is a short Demo movie available (under the Training menu --> Training Movies --> Tutorials & Quick Tips) showing you how to Migrating Your Slideshows to 2013r1/2014r.x. or newer.

Slideshow Hint:

In Preferences -> Slideshows, you can setup ProSelect to automatically create a simple slideshow for you whenever you create a new album. You can select a starting and ending title slide and the Album Image Set that you normally place your images into for the first slideshow (eg the Maybe Tab of Set 1).

You can then load your images into that set, switch to Working with Slideshows and start the slideshow.  Right-click on the slideshow icon and select a Start paused for a more dramatic start. You can also setup your Slideshow Style (advanced tab) to show the first image on a paused start which could be an opening title slide as well.
