Removing ProSelect setup files from your computer

By default, when you delete the ProSelect App (on Mac) or uninstall/reinstall ProSelect (on Windows), your setup data is preserved.

If you wish to remove this data, you can manually delete the folders below.

IMPORTANT: If you plan to re-install ProSelect again and wish to keep all of your setting (prices, templates etc) then you should first make a backup copy of these - see Backing up your ProSelect Setup Data.

If you just wish to reset ProSelect back to its default setup (the same as when first installed), then you can choose ProSelect Data -> Reset to default Setup (under the File menu in ProSelect).

On Mac OSX

Drag the following folders into the trash, then empty the trash:

Your Home Folder/Library/Application Support/ProSelect Resources

Your Home Folder/Library/Application Support/ProSelect

Note: By default, the Library folder is hidden on OSX. To find it, see Missing Library Folder on Mac OSX

On Windows Vista, 7, 8 & 10

Drag the following folders into the trash, then empty the trash:

C:\Users\Your User Name\AppData\Roaming\ProSelect Resources

C:\Users\Your User Name\AppData\Roaming\ProSelect
