Submit a Support Ticket
Please log into your TimeExposure account if you wish to submit a support ticket to a department other than the top one. If you are not a TimeExposure.com member you can Join for free using the link at the top of the window.
IMPORTANT: After submitting a Support Ticket, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your Spam folder. If not found, then you may not have completed your ticket submission correctly. You can check for your submitted tickets and our replies at any time through your My Account page or using View My Tickets under the Support menu.

In this case, please make sure that your email is setup to receive all emails sent from @timeexposure.com. You may need to contact your Internet Service Provider about this.
