Lost Registration Key

You can recover your lost registration and unlock keys and enter in the ProSelect software using one the following options.

The instant way to Register ProSelect

If your computer is connected to the Internet, then in ProSelect's Registration window:

  1. Choose Register On-line option*
  2. Enter your Login Email and Password
  3. Click the Register button and ProSelect does it all for you!

Hint: If the registration window does not appear when you start ProSelect, then you can access this in ProSelect by choosing Register ProSelect from under the Help menu.

Please note: If you own a license for versions prior to ProSelect v2013r1, then your registration key details and software downloads are no longer available on-line as they are obsolete versions. Please refer to your own archived copy for registration of the software.

The Slow way! - Retrieving Lost Keys and entering MANUALLY

If you own a license outright (not "easy leasing" a license) and your computer is not connected to the Internet, then

  1. Choose the "Enter Registration Details Manually" option once you have retrieved your registration key details from your "My Account" (access in top right on the TimeExposure web site) --> My Products tab and choose "View all my registration and unlock keys" (you can can also choose to have them emailed to you).

  2. Then in ProSelect, choose Enter Registration Details Manually and enter your Business name and Registration Key EXACTLY as emailed or displayed to you. (You can optionally use the "Paste Key from Clipboard" button if you have copied your key from your email or the web site ready to paste).

  3. After you have manually entered your registration key details, you will then be prompted to "Activate" the software. Choose the option "Manually Activate" and follow the instructions on the Activation area that displays.

Email Address Not Available

If you no longer have access to the email address that you used to register the product or service, then please submit a Support Ticket in "Account & Product Activations" through our Support Centre with the following details (so we can identify it you!) and we will be happy to organise this for you.

  1. Business name
  2. Registered Product details (e.g. ProSelect version, reg key, date of purchase)
  3. Your old and new email addresses

IMPORTANT - Not Receiving Our Emails?

If you don't receive an email shortly after, then it may be caught/blocked by your spam filter or in you trash. Please ensure all emails from "" are ALLOWED.

Alternatively is could be your ISP (Internet Service Provider) blocking our emails generated by our system such as new or lost registration details or replies to your support enquiries. If you have requested them to fix this without resolution, then the best option is for you to get another more reliable email address from another provider and use that.
